Refund and Return Policy

We think you will love our marketing calendar/workbook toolkit and all of the supporting online materials. We know this information will help you market your school and improve your strategic communications and public relations efforts, which can in turn increase enrollment. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the Marketing Your School toolkit, here are the terms for cancellation and refund: 

We may approve a refund and return provided the purchase meets the following requirements:

  1. The calendar/workbook must be in like new condition or unopened, and 
  2. Requests for return must be sent, via e-mail, in advance of the your return of the Marketing Your School toolkit and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, and
  3. The request for return must be made within 10 days of receipt of purchase, and
  4. Your online access to the companion website will also be cancelled upon return of your calendar/workbook toolkit.

Other Terms and Conditions

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and this varies with each bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@SchoolWebmasters.com and provide us with details regarding your purchase and refund request. We will happily research the cause of the delay and respond to you within five business day.
